The Jackson® MJ Series, paying homage to Jackson's history of exclusive Japanese manufacturing, is a collection of innovative instruments crafted with meticulous Japanese craftsmanship and cutting-edge features. The MJ Series DKR Burl Mahogany Fluence in Dark Mocha Brown features a unique burl mahogany top paired with an ergonomically designed basswood body, equipped with a shredder's cut heel for easy access to the higher frets. The 5-piece maple/walnut/maple neck includes graphite reinforcement for added stability against climate-induced warping, and is bolt-on with an oil-finished back for smooth playability.

The 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard is equipped with rolled edges, 24 jumbo frets, and pearloid sharkfin inlays, supporting seamless transitions from low-position chords to high-position solos. Luminlay® side dots improve visibility on dark stages, and the truss rod wheel at the neck heel allows for quick and easy neck adjustments. The Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic bridge pickup and Fishman Fluence Modern Alnico neck pickup offer versatile tones across genres via a 5-way blade switch, push/pull switching, and single volume and tone controls.
